By creating an account or using MoneyMind AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service description

MoneyMind AI is a personal finance application that lets you track expenses, scan receipts, set savings goals, and receive guidance from an AI coach (Maya). The app is for informational purposes and does not constitute professional financial, investment, or tax advice.

2. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• Be responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Payment terms

MoneyMind AI offers a 30-day free trial. After that, a Premium subscription costs $9.99 USD per month and renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from your profile and will keep access until the end of the period already paid.

4. Refund policy

Payments are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time after a cancellation.

5. Prohibited uses

• Using the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempting to breach, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Reselling or redistributing the service without authorization.
• Uploading content that infringes the rights of others.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyMind AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for financial decisions you make based on information in the app.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
